Call it fate or not, Ningxin chanced upon The Associates during her university days and took the leap of faith to join the team as the first female consultant among the band of brothers back in the days. Fast forward almost a decade, she exemplifies the qualities of a good leader and producer. Besides being one of the top agency leaders, she also excels in her personal sales.

Helming from an accounting background, it’s in Ningxin’s natural instinct and interest to provide detailed financial analysis and sound recommendations to help her clients. Having benefited from The Associate’s support system in the earlier days of her career, she finds immense joy to help coach and mentor younger consultants and propel them to greater heights. It’s not an uncommon sight to see her engaged in mentoring sessions and she is constantly on the search for young and enthusiastic consultants to be taken under her wing.

When not at appointments or meetings, Ningxin can be found spending time with her friends and family or enjoying a good book.
